Guidance Note - Please note that this Schedule only sets out the general principles of the procedures for payment which are to apply under the Agreement.

It is intended that the AMT will develop further procedures as are necessary to define in detail the processes for payment (which will be based on the principles set out in this Schedule) and are subject to the approval (or otherwise) of the ALT (refer to clause 5 of this Schedule).
