The Owner Participant must effect motor vehicle third party liability insurance against property damage and injury to and death of persons, arising from the use of motor vehicles belonging to or in the care, custody or control of the Project Owner and used in connection with the Works, for an amount of not less than $[insert] arising from any one event in addition to any obligation under a Statutory Requirement for insurance relating to motor vehicles.
