Each NOP must maintain accreditation under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme (in this clause the "Scheme") established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005, while carrying out the work under the Agreement. Each NOP must comply with all conditions of Scheme accreditation."
