13  Schedule 15, clause 13.1 of Agreement

(a)  Clause 13.1 of Schedule 15 of the Agreement is amended by replacing the reference to "Victoria" with "Tasmania".

(b)  Clause 13.1 of Schedule 15 of the Agreement is further amended by replacing the words and brackets "[exclusive/non-exclusive]" with "exclusive".
