Introduction

The baseline dates for the FAR Online library and its supplements are as follows:

•  FAR – All versions up to and including FAC 2005-46 [Effective Date 29th October 2010]

•  DFARS – All versions up to and including DCN 20101029 [Effective Date 29th October 2010]

All subsequent updates will be included in "What's New" and will be notified to users by email upon release. The amended text will already have been incorporated in the body of the FAR Online library and its supplements, and the amendment history can be instantly accessed by clicking on the icon located beside any amended paragraph [as per the example on the right].

Please also note, in relation to each new rule published after the baselines dates, that in the "What's New":

•  under the 'Date' heading, there is a full summary of each new rule and its Effective Date, with links to each amended clause, and

•  under the 'Circulars / Notices' heading, there is a chronological listing of all post-baseline circulars and notices containing those new rules.
