15.503  Notifications to unsuccessful offerors.

8.  Amend section 15.503 in paragraph (a)(2) by--

a.  Removing from the end of paragraph (a)(2)(i)(C) the word "or";

b.  Removing from the end of paragraph (a)(2)(i)(D) "19.1405." and adding "19.1405; or" in its place;

c.  Adding paragraph (a)(2)(i)(E); and

d.  Revising paragraph (a)(2)(ii)(C).
