15.  Amend section 19.202-6 by--

a.  Removing from the end of paragraph (a)(4) the word "and";

b.  Removing from paragraph (a)(5) "(see Subpart 19.14)." and adding "(see subpart 19.14); and" in its place; and

c.  Adding paragraph (a)(6) to read as follows:
