9. Amend section 52.212-3 by-

a. Revising the date of the provision;

b. Redesignating paragraph (g)(4) as paragraph (g)(5);

c. Adding a new paragraph (g)(4); and

d. Removing from the newly redesignated paragraph (g)(5)(i) "paragraph (g)(4)(ii)" and adding "paragraph (g)(5)(ii)" in its place.

The revised and added text reads as follows:
