13. Amend section 52.225-5 by-

a.  Revising the date of the clause; and

b.  In paragraph (a) in the definition "Designated country" removing from paragraph (2) "Honduras, Mexico" and adding "Honduras, Korea (Republic of), Mexico" in its place.
