8.  Amend section 52.225-3 by revising the date of the clause to read "(MAY 2012)"; and in paragraph (a) removing from the definition "Free Trade Agreement country" the words "Chile, Costa Rica" and adding the words "Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica" in their place.
