22. Section 252.227-7025 is amended by:

a. Amending the clause date by removing "(JUN 1995)" and adding in its place "JAN 2011)"; and

b. Removing the term "Innovative" wherever it occurs in paragraph (a)(3) and adding in its place the term "Innovation".
