IV. Regulatory Flexibility Act

DoD certifies that this final rule will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities within the meaning of the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. 601, et seq., because this final rule imposes no new requirements on small entities.

The rule revises DFARS part 245, Government Property, to reflect the recent revisions to FAR part 45, Government Property. It makes no significant change to DoD policy for the management of Government property in the possession of contractors. No comments were received on the expected impact of this rule on small entities in response to publication of the proposed rule.
