35.  Section 252.211-7003, Alternate I is amended by--

a.  Amending the clause date by removing "(AUG 2008)" and adding in its place "(DEC 2011)".

b.  Amending the introductory text by removing "211.274-4(c)" and adding in its place "211.274-6(a)(4)".
