2.3.  Administrative Changes.

A written request to reissue an existing warrant certificate for administrative purposes (e.g., damage to/deterioration of the original SF1402, correct typographical errors, effect name changes or changes in organizational structure, etc.) may be submitted directly to the SCO/SCCO's designated focal point for processing to the appropriate appointing authority and does not constitute a new appointment.
