2.4.  Modifying Limited Warrants.

A request to modify limitations on a warrant will be processed as a new appointment in accordance with this MP, except that warrant testing, once successfully accomplished, shall not be required to be repeated (see paragraph 3.3 below). Meeting a warrant board is required prior to increasing a limited warrant to a value of $5M or more, or issuing an unlimited warrant.
