4.6  Other solicitation requirements

Sections L and M (or equivalent commercial solicitation provisions) must inform offerors that they are required to meet all solicitation requirements, such as terms and conditions, representations and certification, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors or subfactors.
