6.4.4  Person-Loading Schedule and Basis of Estimate

As a separate attachment to the Cost/Price volume, submit a person-loading schedule that is a summary of the total proposed hourly requirements by third level  WBS.  These hourly requirements are to include (but separately identify) subcontractor(s) and inter-divisional transfer(s) hours. All hours shown in this attachment must agree with those reflected in the cost summary in Table 5.4.3 above.  Also include the basis of estimate sheets supporting the proposed hours, material, and other direct costs in this attachment.
