8.5  Notification to Offerors

Provisions will be included in the solicitation to provide notice to prospective offerors that contractor personnel will be used and the manner in which they will be used, and provide the offeror an opportunity to object to the release of proposal information.  The Contracting Officer will handle any objections in accordance with AFFARS 5315.305(c)(2)(v).
