3.6.8.  SABER Inspection and Acceptance.

While inspection is the inherent responsibility of CE, it is the contracting officer's responsibility to ensure inspections, reporting, and tracking occurs. Normally payments are based upon on a percentage of completion for projects of sixty (60) calendar days or longer. The project inspector is responsible for verifying the amount of work completed, and ensuring overpayment does not occur.
