Exchanges of source selection information between Government and offerors will be controlled by the Contracting Officer.  Email may be used to transmit such information to offerors only if the email can be sent and received encrypted and includes "Source Selection Information - See FAR 2.101 & 3.104" in the Subject line.  Otherwise, source selection information will be transmitted via _________.
