2.2.1  Page Limitations

Page limitations shall be treated as maximums.  If exceeded, the excess pages will not be read or considered in the evaluation of the proposal and excess paper copies will be returned to the offeror as soon as practicable.  Page limitations may be placed on responses to Evaluation Notices (ENs).  The specified page limits for EN responses will be identified in the letters forwarding the ENs to the offerors.  Each page shall be counted except the following: _______________
