7.1.1  Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form

Completion of blocks ______(insert specific blocks) and signature and date for blocks _____(insert block number) and ______(insert block number) of the ________(insert form number such as the SF33.  Signature by the offeror on the ________(insert form number) constitutes an offer, which the Government may accept.  The "original" copy should be clearly marked under separate cover and should be provided without any punched holes.
