I.  INTRODUCTION

The Source Selection Plan (SSP) is a plan that describes how the source selection will be organized, how proposals will be evaluated and analyzed, and how source(s) will be selected.  The information in this guide has been assembled to assist in preparing SSPs in accordance with DFARS 215.3, AFFARS 5315.3 and MP5315.3.  This template is a guide for Contracting Officer use and can be modified to meet the needs of each specific buying office.
