9.2  Deviations and Delegations

(Identify and explain any requested or approved deviations and delegations. Deviations from FAR 15.3, DFARS 215.3, AFFARS 5315.3, and AFFARS MP5315.3 shall be processed and approved in accordance with AFFARS 5301.4 (Individual deviations shall be approved by the SCO(non delegable) and Class deviations shall be approved by SAF/AQC)).
