211.274-6 Contract Clauses.

(S-90) Insert DARS 52.211-9000, Requirement to Submit an Electronic Product List (EPL), when DFARS 252.211-7003 and 252.211-7008 are included in the solicitation/contract and the property to be delivered under the contract must be accounted for in accordance with DISAI 270-165-2 located at https://workspaces.disa.mil/gm/folder-1.11.56357. The requirement for incorporation of the clause and the submission of the EPL applies to DISA requiring offices only. The DISA requiring office shall ensure property accountability is addressed in the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement (SOW/PWS). The DISA customer will be required to review and approve the EPL prior to acceptance of any property. The Contracting Officer shall attach the EPL to the SOW/PWS or the Equipment/Material list when DARS 52.211-9000 is included in the solicitation/contract. A copy of the EPL spreadsheet can be found in Appendix L.
