12.102  Applicability

(S-90)  When using the exception at FAR 12.102(g)(1) to utilize commercial item procedures for performance-based acquisitions of non-commercial services under $27 million, the required Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) may be incorporated as a separate section of the performance work statement.
