(S-90) Use of Automated Source Selection Evaluation Tool. An automated source selection evaluation tool is directed for use for all actions in excess of $50M, and for any actions below this threshold when the HCA is designated as the Source Selection Authority. A written waiver for this requirement must submitted to the HCA for approval.
