(b)  Section L, Instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors or respondents. To facilitate subcontracting/teaming, an administrative notice may be included in Section L of the solicitation. The notice should state that the source list would facilitate subcontracting/teaming on a program, if desired. The notice should also include the date, to which the list is current and any other information regarding handling of future updates to the list, if applicable.
