(c) Concurrence and Approval authorities for Economy Act D&Fs are provided by Table 17-1, Economy Act D&Fs. OUTGOING MIPRS SHALL NOT BE RELEASED to the Servicing Agency prior to an Economy Act determination which will result in the consummation and approval of one of the following documents: Economy Act D&F or an SA. If you have any questions concerning these documents contact PL2 for Economy Act D&Fs and CFE4 for SAs, MOAs, or MOUs.
