49.206-1 Submission of settlement proposals.

(c) After the initial notice of termination is transmitted to the contractor, the TCO shall follow it with instructions regarding how to submit a settlement proposal, including which forms are to be used. If the anticipated amount of the settlement is above the simplified acquisition threshold, then the TCO shall coordinate these instructions with a DITCO Cost Analyst before forwarding them to the contractor.
