(1)  USSOCOM HCDs and FCOs shall use the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) as the method to record evaluations of contractor performance. An automated process will update the Past Performance Automated Information System (PPIRS).

(2)  Contractor performance evaluations of national security/classified contracts shall not be entered into CPARS.
