5652.228-9000 Required Insurance (2003) Section G
As prescribed in 5628.310, insert the following clause, Editable and Fill-ins
The kinds and minimum amounts of insurance required in accordance with FAR 52.228-5 "Insurance-Work on a Government Installation" are as follows:

Automobile Bodily Injury Liability | $200,000 per person/ $500,000 per occurrence (EXAMPLE) |
Property Damage Liability | $20,000 per occurrence (EXAMPLE) |
Workers Compensation & Occupational Disease | As required by federal and State Statutes |
Employer's Liability | $100,000(EXAMPLE) |
