11.701 Supply contracts.

(a) DLA Energy (formerly DESC) is authorized to deviate from the requirements at FAR 11.701(a) and (b) and the clause at FAR 52.211-16. They may express the permissible variation in quantity of supplies as a rail car, not a percentage.
