Use 52.217-9011, Provisioning, in solicitations and contracts when the need for provisioning is to be determined after award of contract or in negotiated solicitations and contracts when it is known, prior to issuance of the solicitation, that provisioning is required. Also use with DLAD 52.217-9000.
In the first paragraph of the clause, the Contracting Officer shall select the correct statement as follows:
