6.302-3-70(90)  Solicitation Provision and Clause

The DLA Energy ( formerly DESC ) Aerospace contracting officer shall include DLAD 52.206-9000, DOMESTIC OR CANADIAN SOURCE PERFORMANCE RESTRICTION (Energy Supply Chain) (AUG 2009) in all aerospace energy solicitations/contracts when competition has been restricted to domestic sources pursuant to FAR 6.302-3 and DFARS 252.206-7000 is included in the solicitation/contract. An approved Justification and Approval shall also be included in the contract file when utilizing this clause.
