Use 52.211-9038, Time of Delivery/Performance - Base Installation, in all acquisition that require installation services for FSC 34, Industrial Plant Equipment to be performed at one of the following DLA locations, DLA Aviation ( formerly DSCR ), DLA Land & Maritime ( formerly DSCC ), or DLA Troop Support ( formerly DSCP ).
