23.406-90 Solicitation Provision and Contract Clause

Use 52.223-9001, Estimate of Re-Refined Oil Content DLAD (Aug 2007), in solicitations when the POT specifies a minimum re-refined oil content. Provision 52.223-4 is also used when this provision applies.
