52.229-9004 Federal Excise Tax

As prescribed in 29.2 (91), insert the following clause:

FEDERAL EXCISE TAX (SEP 2008) - DLAD

The price offered must exclude federal excise taxes and certificate of export will be furnished by the administrative contracting officer.
