This section considers the following documents in relation to providing debt finance:
• the loan agreement between the project company and the lenders;
• the security documents that provide security for the loan agreement; and
• the intercreditor agreement amongst the lenders.
Following a description of these agreements, the key issues from the government's perspective are considered.
