This section deals with agreements in relation to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the project facility between the project company and its various sub-contractors, consultants and service providers. These agreements include the EPC agreement, supply agreements, O&M agreement and insurance. The government's concerns in relation to these agreements are set out in subsection 5.6.1.
