A customer agreement is an agreement between the project company and the users of the infrastructure services. Whether or not there is a customer agreement, and the timing and form that the customer agreement, will depend very much on the revenue structure of the project.
Where a project provides services to be delivered on a long-term basis with an identifiable purchaser, the customer agreement is often called an "off-take agreement."
