6.6 Agreement to Exclude Sections 24 to 28 of the 1954 Act

6.6.1 The Landlord and the Tenant agree pursuant to section 38A(1) of the 1954 Act that the provisions of sections 24 to 28 (inclusive) of the 1954 Act are excluded in relation to the tenancy created by this Lease.

6.6.2 The Tenant confirms that:

(a) the Landlord served on the Tenant a notice (the"Notice") applicable to the tenancy created by this Lease on [_________________] in accordance with section 38A(3)(a) of the 1954 Act; and

(b) the Tenant or a person duly authorised by the Tenantmade a declaration or a statutory declaration in relation to the Notice on [_________________] in accordance with the requirements of section 38A(3)(b) of the 1954 Act;

before the Tenant entered into this Lease or (if earlier) became contractually bound to do so.
