Under the terms of clause [64] (Damage to the Facilities) of the Project Agreement the Contractor has agreed that it shall as soon as practicable inform the Company of the discovery of any damage to any part of the Site or any furniture, fittings and equipment within the Academy. The Company shall co operate with the Contractor at all times in the performance by the Contractor of its obligations to identify and report any damage.
