Note - the Articles of Association may (when the relevant PFI amendments have been inserted into that document) cross refer to clauses in a Supplemental Funding Agreement. If that is the case, ensure that the Supplemental Funding Agreement is numbered in line with the model agreement otherwise the cross references in the Articles of Association may not work as intended. In any case, check that the cross references in the Articles to the Supplemental Funding Agreement are correct by reference to the Supplemental Funding Agreement when the latter (incorporating these PFI amendments) has been prepared.
