8B Save to the extent that any of the Company's obligations are the responsibility of the [Contractor] (as defined in the Project Agreement), the Company shall keep the Land clean and tidy and make good any damage it causes to the Land and / or any deterioration to the condition of the Land that may arise from the date of this Agreement.
