[Note: The amendments detailed below have been produced in connection with the Building Schools for the Future pro forma project agreement issued December 2007 without amendments (the "BSF Project Agreement"). They reflect DfE's view of key areas of the BSF Project Agreement which should be or are typically covered by the schedule to the Deed of Variation. The amends are in no way intended to be exhaustive and parties may wish for further amends to be included.
The below amendments may not be correct where the Project Agreement is based on a form of contract other than the BSF Project Agreement or where the Project Agreement is an amended version of the BSF Project Agreement.
In each instance, the below amendments should be reviewed and considered against the relevant Project Agreement on a case by case basis to ensure their suitability and should be amended to the extent required in any particular instance.
