A new insured party shall be added to the list of Insureds in Part 2 of Schedule 14 to the Project Agreement as follows:
1B) In relation to any Academy from the relevant Academy Effective Date, the relevant Academy Trust (in respect of only those insurances required under paragraph 1 (Property Damages Insurance) and paragraph 3 (Third Party Public and Products Liability Insurance) of this Part 2.
