"Development and School Agreement" means the agreement entered into [on or around the date hereof] between the LA and the Academy Trust relating to the provision of facilities and services to the Academy Trust]; ["School Agreement" means the agreement entered into [on or around the date hereof] between the LA and the Academy Trust relating to the provision of facilities and services to the Academy Trust.
"Insolvency" has the meaning given to it in section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986;

"Normal Payment Matter" has the meaning given to it in the Principal Agreement;
"PFI Contractor" means [ ], the counterparty of the LA to the Project Agreement;
"Principal Agreement" means the agreement entered into [on or around the date hereof] by the Secretary of State, the Academy Trust and the LA; and
"Project Agreement" means the agreement between the LA and PFI Contractor for the design, build, finance and operation of [ ] (including the Academy Trust's facilities) dated [ ].
