5.  Add the following after clause 44m)

The Academy Trust shall use the GAG funding it receives:

(i)  prudently in order to cover the normal reasonable running costs of the Academy, and

(ii)  in order to make relevant payments to the LA pursuant to the [Development and School Agreement][School Agreement] which will in turn form a contribution to the Authority's obligations to pay the unitary charge pursuant to the Project Agreement.
