Repair and Upkeep

113B) Save to the extent that any of the Academy Trust's obligations are the responsibility of the [Contractor] (as defined in the Project Agreement), the Academy Trust shall keep the Land clean and tidy and make good any damage it causes to the Land and / or any deterioration to the condition of the Land that may arise from the date of this Agreement.
